Terms and Conditions of Sale :
All plants sold may be subject to stock failure (e.g. unsatisfactory growth, crop shortage or disease). We accept minimum orders of 1 tray per variety, 20 for P9's for delivery on Danish trolleys.
To the best of our knowledge, all stock sold by us is true to name and description. We cannot accept responsibility for the failure of any plants beyond our control.
We cannot accept any complaints unless made within five days of receipt of goods.
A credit charge of 2% will be added after 28 days if payment has not been received. After this period, an addition of 2% per month will come into effect.
Goods remain the property of Seiont Nurseries until paid for in full. We reserve the right to uplift the goods supplied if payment is not received after one month's written notice has been given.
In the event of payment being overdue for the first delivery, we reserve the right, after notice, to return to stock the remaining part of that, and any additional orders.
This will be levied at the current rate.
We will make every effort to maintain prices quoted in our catalogue, however, we do reserve the right to alter them without any prior notice.
MAINLAND - delivery is made on our own transport wherever possible or a specialist carrier. Our prices include free delivery based on a confirmed order of one full Danish trolley (see Delivery for more details). Orders for less than this amount may be subject to a percentage of the £66 delivery charge. Orders will be delivered by Danish trolley.
ANY OTHER DESTINATIONS INCLUDING IRELAND - delivery can be arranged by carrier either of your own choice or ours. Delivery is free to the point of despatch based on a minimum order of £1500 excluding VAT.
Discounts apply to catalogue prices and do not apply to special prices.
